I am the Director of Your Therapy Place, and I also hold an active clinical caseload. I am a registered psychologist with more than 20 years’ experience across disability and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), trauma, child protection, and perinatal and infant mental health. My work includes evidence-based assessment, clear reporting, and practical intervention with children, adults, and families, alongside clinical governance, reflective supervision, and service design across a multidisciplinary team.
What do you enjoy most about your work or what are you passionate about?
I care about building a service that feels calm, safe, and genuinely human, while staying clinically rigorous. I am passionate about walking alongside people through real seasons of life, with kindness, understanding, and integrity, and doing the work in a way that supports steady growth and positive generational change.Coffee order: A flat white, half-strength, warm, on regular milk. Being part of Your Therapy Place is something I’m incredibly proud of, because at its core, our therapy centre exists to support people in living full and meaningful lives. I’m passionate about people and passionate about business. I believe that when those two come together with purpose and intention, real impact happens.
I have over 15 years’ experience in leadership and business development. I’ve completed an Entrepreneurial University Program, Leadership Masterclass, and have been a member of Entrepreneurial Business School for the past four years.
My experience in the NDIS sector over the past five years has given me strong insight into the scheme and the challenges families can face. I’ve seen the gaps, the confusion and the emotional weight that can come with it. That perspective shapes how we lead and how we operate as a business.
I love bringing ideas to life and seeing vision turn into real outcomes that support our team, our clients and our wider community. I lead with a big heart, a big personality, and a deep belief that everyone deserves to live a good life, whatever that means to them. It’s a privilege to build a business that stands for that every day.
Coffee order: Eeeep, it changes all the time haha! I’m on the cappuccinos at the moment but love a mocha on a Friday as an end of week treat.

I am the General Manager of Your Therapy Place, bringing extensive experience in practice management and the NDIS sector. With a strong background in leading allied health teams and supporting business growth, I am passionate about creating an environment where both clients and clinicians feel supported, respected, and valued.
I am recognised for my strong leadership, high standards, and commitment to ensuring every family’s experience is organised, welcoming, and professional from the very first interaction. I take pride in building effective systems and processes behind the scenes, allowing our team at Your Therapy Place to focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred therapy services.
With a deep understanding of the complexities families can face when navigating supports, I am dedicated to making the journey clearer, more structured, and less overwhelming. I am also committed to ethical practice and fostering a culture of collaboration, care, and excellence across our organisation.
I am currently undertaking my Master of Business Administration (MBA), continuing to strengthen my leadership skills and expand my knowledge to support the ongoing growth and development of Your Therapy Place. I am proud to be part of a team that is committed to delivering genuine support and making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families.

With over 15 years of experience in customer service and management, I bring a genuine love of people to my role as Practice Manager at Your Therapy Place.
I’m passionate about building a strong team culture and creating an environment where both our team and the people we support feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for. I truly believe that when a team feels connected and empowered, the ripple effect is better outcomes for every client and family we work with.
Working closely with our clinical team, I help ensure that our operations run smoothly while always keeping the focus where it belongs - on the client. I’m a strong advocate for a people-centred approach, open communication, and transparency, and I’m always happy to have a conversation if something needs clarifying or improving.
You’ll often find me behind the scenes making sure everything runs seamlessly, but my favourite part of this role is seeing people feel welcomed, respected, and supported from their very first interaction with our practice.

I’m a psychologist working with teenagers and adults, supporting people through anxiety, depression, addiction, and the effects of trauma. I take a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to therapy and draw on a range of models including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), depending on what best fits each person. I also have a strong interest in working with neurodivergent individuals. My aim is to create a safe, supportive space where people feel genuinely heard and can explore what’s been going on for them at their own pace.
What do you enjoy most about your work or what you are particularly passionate about?
I strongly believe that everyone brings their own strengths, wisdom, and resilience into therapy, even when it doesn’t feel that way at first. What I enjoy most is taking the time to really get to know my clients — their stories, their backgrounds, and what has shaped them — and working together to make sense of their experiences. I see myself as a collaborative coach, walking alongside each person as they identify strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and build greater self-awareness, confidence, and empowerment.

I am a dedicated mental health practitioner with a Master’s degree in Counselling and a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families to achieve meaningful and sustainable wellbeing. My clinical focus is strongly centred on ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), child development, and child trauma, with particular expertise in working with neurodiverse children and those who have experienced early adversity.
I have undertaken extensive additional training to provide comprehensive and well-rounded support. My qualifications include Clinical Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy, Health and Nutrition Coaching, Weight Loss Consulting, Meditation, Neurofeedback, and an ADHD Clinical Practitioner Certificate. This breadth of training allows me to approach mental health and development through an integrated and neurodevelopmentally informed lens.
My work with children is grounded in play-based, child-led therapeutic approaches. I believe children grow, regulate, and process their experiences through play. By following the child’s lead and engaging in developmentally attuned interactions, I create a safe, relational space where children can strengthen emotional regulation, social skills, confidence, and resilience. I support children’s development in a way that respects their individual pace, sensory profile, and lived experiences. My approach supports growth from the inside out, respecting each child’s individual pace and unique profile.
I take time to genuinely understand each person and family I work with. I conduct thoughtful assessments, develop individualised treatment plans, and collaborate closely with clients to work toward practical, meaningful, and lasting outcomes. My practice is grounded in compassion, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based intervention.
I am a proud member of the Australian Counselling Association and remain committed to ongoing professional development to ensure I continue providing the highest standard of care.
