1. About us
Services are provided by YOUR THERAPY PLACE – ALLIED HEALTH Pty Ltd (ACN 651 000 949, ABN 31 651 000 949) and YOUR THERAPY PLACE – POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT Pty Ltd (ACN 679 524 657, ABN 90 679 524 657), trading together as Your Therapy Place.
2. Scope of services
We provide therapeutic supports and, where registered, specialist behaviour support (PBS). Your specific services, fees and arrangements are set out in your Service Agreement.
3. Eligibility & referrals
You must provide accurate information and update us about changes to your health, supports or NDIS plan. We may request a referral and consent to contact members of your support team.
4. Bookings, attendance & cancellations
Book/reschedule via clinic@yourtherapyplace.com.au for allied health and pbs@yourtherapyplace.com.au for positive behaviour supports. Cancellation/no-show rules (including late-cancellation and travel charges, where applicable) follow your Service Agreement and the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
5. Fees & payment
Fees are charged per your Service Agreement and the NDIS Pricing Arrangements (where applicable). We may claim from the NDIA, your plan manager, or invoice you directly (self-managed). Additional costs (e.g., reports, travel, consumables) will be agreed in advance.
6. Behaviour Support Plans & restrictive practices
Where we develop behaviour support plans, we comply with the NDIS Practice Standards and relevant state/territory authorisation requirements. Implementing providers are responsible for obtaining/maintaining any required authorisations.
7. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, attend appointments on time, let us know if you cannot attend, treat staff with respect, and inform us of changes to your supports, medications or circumstances.

Provide services with due care and skill; maintain appropriate professional, privacy and security standards; keep you informed about your services and any material changes.
9. Privacy & confidentiality
We handle your information in line with our Privacy & Confidentiality statement and Privacy Policy (see https://www.yourtherapy.place/privacy-confidentiality).

11. No medical or emergency service
Website information is general and not medical advice. In an emergency, call 000.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again. These Terms do not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Intellectual property
Website content and materials remain our IP (or our licensors’). You must not reproduce without permission.
14. Website use
Do not misuse the website (e.g., introduce malware, attempt to access other users’ data, infringe IP). Third-party links are for convenience—we are not responsible for their content.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms or our policies. The current version applies when you use our services or website.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
